No Deposit Mortgages
With UK house prices still at high levels, particularly in property hot-spots like Berkshire, many first-time buyers are
still finding it impossible to get on the housing ladder due to their lack of a suitable cash deposit.
In the past, a range of mortgages were available that did not require any deposit from the borrower.
Some of these mortgages were available for up to 125% of the value of the property. This meant you could borrow
extra funds to cover the costs of moving or to buy furniture, etc.
Unfortunately, the credit crunch has severely curtailed the choice for people wanting to borrow 100% or more of the value of their property. Of course,
these 100% mortgages may reappear in the future.
To find out more about no-deposit mortgages, please complete
our online enquiry form. We will then put you in touch with a member of our panel of mortgage brokers who will be happy to assess
your situation and discuss your options with you.
